Pula
The Roman Amphitheatre
The most famous and significant monument in Pula, bearing witness to the times of the city’s origin, was a place of entertainment, gladiator fights and other popular events. You can see and experience all this today, and you can bring along your pet too.
The Historical and Maritime Museum of Istria
Built by the Venetians in the 17th century, it has been perfectly preserved, which makes it an unavoidable stop when visiting the city, because in addition to hosting the Historical and Maritime Museum, it offers a unique view of the city.
Šijana Forest
Not far from the centre of Pula, you’ll find the Šijana Forest, where the Austro-Hungarian army and gentlemen used to come to take a walk and relax. People use it the same way today. It is a place of recreation, where people walk, do sports and relax in the shade of century-old trees, but also a place where you can spend quality time with your pets.
The Brijuni Islands National Park
The Brijuni Islands National Park is a combination of natural beauty and cultural monuments of the highest value. Pets are allowed, but due to the unusual flora and fauna and numerous animals on the islands, they can only move around on a leash, in the designated areas.
